M57N and M57N2 wideblock to Ford Ranger MT82 2.2 Gearbox Adapter Kit

This kit allows you to bolt a BMW M57 306d2 wideblock onwards engine to the Ford TDCI 2.2 MT82 gearbox.

Allows use of original Clutch release bearing/slave cylinder, original BMW clutch cover and dual mass flywheel. A non self adjusting cover is recommended

Engine runs at correct angle with flat sump.

Kit includes:

Adapter plate and fasteners
Spigot Bearing
Clutch Plate (cover and DMF not included) Should be upgraded as required if engine is mapped above standard.
Starter motor cover block (not pictured)

Recommended Clutch and Flywheel to use. Use these parts only.

FITTING VIDEO:

Bolt adapter to engine with fasteners supplied.
Fit new spigot Bearing flush with end of crank spigot
Replace standard BMW clutch plate with plate supplied in kit
Cut Bell housing to match adapter for starter motor clearance.
Bolt Bell housing to adapter with start cover block.

🌏 Where do we deliver ?

We would hope to be able to satisfy our customers wherever they may be in the world*. We send shipments all around the world.

*Please note that unfortunately we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes , APO or FPO addresses, so when ordering please supply a valid residential or commercial delivery address.

💷 How much is shipping?

Please add the parts into your Cart, shipping charges are calculated at the checkout stage and based on final order weight and location. You will see your shipping charge before processing payment. Please ensure you select the correct country for your delivery.

For all deliveries, our website will automatically calculate the shipping charge based on your delivery country and total order weight.

VAT is calculated and charged at the checkout stage for UK based customers ONLY.

For worldwide customers (outside of the UK) please note that any import duties/local taxes will be payable upon entrance to your country, this will be dependant upon your local laws and taxes applied to imported goods (this is not charged at checkout). Don't worry though, this process is easy as DHL will contact you to collect this on behalf of your government so your package can be delivered without delay.

📦 How do we deliver ?

All Domestic (UK) and International Deliveries (all weights) are sent with our partner courier DHL who offer a quick and fully trackable service straight to your door.

Once your order has been processed and booked for dispatch you will receive automatic notification from DHL with your tracking/waybill number and the link to monitor delivery progress, so please monitor your email inbox/junk folder. Orders booked for dispatch will leave on our next available DHL collection. Our DHL weekday pick up is usually between 11:30am -12:00pm.

For delivery to some countries (such as Brazil, Peru, India) we require your TAX ID or National ID number to include with the shipment booking. If your TAX ID number is required we will contact you prior to dispatch, or to speed up this process please include this information in the order notes
