🌏 Where do we deliver ?

We would hope to be able to satisfy our customers wherever they may be in the world*. We send shipments all around the world.

*Please note that unfortunately we are  unable to deliver to PO Boxes , APO or FPO addresses, so when ordering please supply a valid residential or commercial delivery address.

📦 How do we deliver ?

  • All Domestic (UK) and International Deliveries (all weights) are sent with our partner courier DHL who offer a quick and fully trackable service straight to your door.

Once your order has been processed and booked for dispatch you will receive automatic notification from DHL with your tracking/waybill number and the link to monitor delivery progress, so please monitor your email inbox/junk folder.

For delivery to some countries (such as Brazil, Peru, India, Indonesia) we require your TAX ID or National ID number to include with the shipment booking.  If your TAX ID number is required we will contact you prior to dispatch, or to speed up this process please add your TAX ID to the order notes.

*Please note for deliveries to Russia.  The Russian Customs Authority regulations stipulate parcels can only be sent to registered business addresses and must be for commercial purposes only.

💷 How much will delivery cost ?

Delivery charges will obviously vary hugely from part to part depending on weight and size.  You should be able to add the items you require into the online shopping cart, shipping charges are then calculated at the checkout stage and based on final order weight and location.

Please understand incorporated in that charge is the need to make sure your goods are well packed and protected from damage. Please also note for customers in the UK,  VAT is calculated and charged at the checkout stage (based on your UK delivery address).  Please ensure you select the correct country for your delivery.

For worldwide customers (outside of the UK) please note that there may be additional import duties and local taxes payable upon entrance to your country through your local Customs, this will be dependant upon your local laws and taxes applied to imported goods (this is not charged at checkout).

For all deliveries, our website will automatically calculate the shipping charge based on your delivery country and total order weight.

How long will my delivery take ?

Items in stock* will usually be dispatched same day for orders received by 11.00AM.  Orders booked for dispatch will leave on our next available DHL collection.  Our DHL weekday pick up is usually between 11:30am -12:00pm.  Subject to DHL we would expect you to receive your goods next working day after dispatch for UK customers. Exceptions to this would be Scottish Highlands & Offshore UK Islands which will a few days longer.  In some circumstances we may be able to arrange Saturday carrier deliveries for additional cost, please email us in these circumstances before ordering.

Delivery to most European countries will be dependant upon the delivery location.  Our European mainland customers have the choice of economy or express delivery service at the checkout.  Express courier services reduces delivery times and expect that European orders would be delivered in 2 to 3 days following dispatch, economy would take approx 3 to 5 days.  

Please note that deliveries to non European countries may take a little longer and will be dependant upon courier delivery times and your location around the world, but normally no longer than 5 to 7 working days after dispatch.  All International deliveries are sent on DHL’s Express Service.

  • * We work extremely closely with our suppliers and items that are not directly in stock will usually be dispatched within two working days.  We have regular deliveries from our suppliers and we greatly appreciate our customers for their patience during a restock.
  • * Parts purchased as ‘Available on Backorder‘ will usually have a longer delay in dispatch as these items are being manufactured.  If the product page doesn’t include the specifics on the expected date for restock please contact us using the Contact page.

If there is an unforeseen delay in dispatching your order don’t worry, one of our friendly team will contact you to advise you on the delay and expected dispatch date.

🙋 Why are there are no shipping methods when choosing my country?

For higher weighted orders and for some remote destination countries we would prefer to provide a shipping quote manually to ensure we can get you the best deal based on your requirements.  Please contact us using the Contact menu option so we can review your shipping requirements.

What happens once I’ve placed my order ?

Once you have proceeded through the checkout and processed payment you will receive an automated email notification from us with your order number and confirmation of parts you’ve ordered (please check your main email inbox and junk folder).  You will also receive email notification from PayPal (our secure payment merchant) with your payment transaction reference number and confirming the payment has been processed.

Once your order is booked for dispatch you will receive a confirmation email from us as we mark your order as complete.  You will also receive direct notification from DHL with your unique tracking details, this will enable you to monitor the delivery.  Please check your main email inbox and junk folders for our emails.

🌐 What happens if I’m wanting to Indirect Export an order?

If you are indirect exporting your order (delivering to an address in the UK for forward shipping to an international location), please add the relevant UK delivery address at the checkout.  You will be charged UK VAT at the checkout which is standard procedure for a delivery within the UK.  If you are then exporting the parts from the UK and can provide relevant proof of export once it has been exported then we are able to refund the VAT to you.  Your shipper should be able to support you with obtaining the relevant proof of export as per the HMRC guidelines.
