We do not have the facility or resources to take orders over the phone, sorry if this is an inconvenience but our Website is designed to be really easy to use and to give you the confidence in buying via our Online Store at your convenience, wherever you are in the world. Quick FAQ’s:
Yes we do ship internationally.
You can get quick and easy shipping quotes by adding the product you desire to your cart. Once you have filled you cart proceed to the checkout. The delivery cost will be based on your location and final order will be calculated and itemised in the checkout area. Please note that we only charge VAT for UK based customers. For international customers any relevant VAT/Taxes will be due to be paid on import into your country (DHL will collect this on behalf of your government).
I’m wanting to ‘Indirect Export’ and use a forwarding shipper?
If you are indirect exporting your order (delivering in the UK for forward shipping to an international location), please add the relevant UK delivery address at the checkout. You will be charged UK VAT at the checkout which is standard procedure for a delivery within the UK. If you are then exporting the parts from the UK and can provide relevant proof of export once it has been exported then we are able to refund the VAT to you. Your shipper should be able to support you with obtaining the relevant proof of export as per the HMRC guidelines.
Paying without Paypal Account
You can still pay using your credit /debit card even if you do not have a Paypal account. Click through to checkout as normal and when prompted select the pay with ‘Debit/Credit Card’ option. We use Paypal as our Secure Payment Platform for all payment transactions, however you will not require a PayPal account and can still easily pay by Debit/Credit Card.

Reconditioned Gearboxes
No, I’m afraid we no longer offer fully reconditioned gearboxes as we focus on the design and development of awesome new upgrades for your Land Rover. However, we offer all the parts you’ll need to rebuild your gearbox or transfer box, so check out our comprehensive Overhaul Kits and the available Workshop Manuals.

What Happens Once I’ve Placed My Order?
Once you have proceeded through the checkout and processed payment you will receive an automated email notification from us with your order number and confirmation of parts you’ve ordered (please check your main email inbox and junk folder). You will also receive email notification from PayPal (our secure payment merchant) with your payment transaction reference number and confirming the payment has been processed. We will promptly start processing your order.
Once your order is booked for dispatch you will receive a confirmation email from us as we mark your order as ‘complete’. You will also receive direct notification from DHL with your unique tracking details, this will enable you to monitor the delivery. Please check your main email inbox and junk folders for our emails.
Help, I’m struggling to complete the Checkout Stage!
No worries, we are here to help! You will need to ensure you have filled in all of the mandatory billing and delivery fields for the order, this will calculate the final shipping charge and whether VAT is being charged at the checkout (UK customers only). Depending on your device and/or internet browser, the final payment confirmation may pop up in a separate window. Please make sure you have ‘pop ups’ enabled on your device so you can complete the order and payment confirmation. Once the order is successfully placed/paid for you will receive automatic email notifications from us with your Unique Order Reference Number, & a secondary email confirmation from PayPal (our secure payment merchant) with the payment transaction details (don’t forget to check your email junk/spam folders)! If you are still struggling with processing the payment please try an different internet browser, an incognito browser or device.
