THE REVOLUTIONARY POWERslave

An affordable, cost effective Slave cylinder that reduces the weight of the pedal significantly.

This slave can be fitted to both the Td5 Discovery and also the Td5 Defender
30% lighter than OEM set up

1. Does the POWERslave fit my vehicle?

nThe LOF POWERslave will fit Discovery & Defender models fitted with a TD5 Engine. (1998-2006 Defender, 1998-2004 Discovery)

2. How easy is the slave to fit?

*SEE FITTING INSTRUCTIONS BELOW*
10-15 minutes to fit
You will need:

- Brake Fluid

- 11, 14, 15mm open ended spanners

- 10mm socket, extension and ratchet

- bleeding kit not necessary but can help

4. Fitting Instructions:

1. Disconnect pipe from slave cylinder.

1. Position container to catch spillage.

1. Remove 2 bolts securing slave cylinder to bellhousing.

1. Withdraw slave cylinder from bell housing and push rod.

Refit

Clean ends of pipes, bell housing and slave cylinder mating faces.

1. Locate slave cylinder to push rod and bellhousing.

1. Fit bolts and tighten to 25 Nm (18 lbf.ft).

1. Connect clutch pipe to slave clyinder.

1. Bleed clutch system.

Tips for installing & Bleeding

1. Use a pipe clamp / soft jaw grips on the flexi hose hose to retain the majority of Brake fluid

1. Bleeding the Td5 can be a little awkward, if you think there is air in the system, you can wedge the clutch pedal down over night to allow the air to rise to the top of the system.

1. On the Defender if you need to increase clearance; this can be done by adjusting the master cylinder pushrod to move the pedal assembly further away from the bulkhead increasing the stroke

🌏 Where do we deliver ?

We would hope to be able to satisfy our customers wherever they may be in the world*. We send shipments all around the world.

*Please note that unfortunately we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes , APO or FPO addresses, so when ordering please supply a valid residential or commercial delivery address.

💷 How much is shipping?

Please add the parts into your Cart, shipping charges are calculated at the checkout stage and based on final order weight and location. You will see your shipping charge before processing payment. Please ensure you select the correct country for your delivery.

For all deliveries, our website will automatically calculate the shipping charge based on your delivery country and total order weight.

VAT is calculated and charged at the checkout stage for UK based customers ONLY.

For worldwide customers (outside of the UK) please note that any import duties/local taxes will be payable upon entrance to your country, this will be dependant upon your local laws and taxes applied to imported goods (this is not charged at checkout). Don't worry though, this process is easy as DHL will contact you to collect this on behalf of your government so your package can be delivered without delay.

📦 How do we deliver ?

All Domestic (UK) and International Deliveries (all weights) are sent with our partner courier DHL who offer a quick and fully trackable service straight to your door.

Once your order has been processed and booked for dispatch you will receive automatic notification from DHL with your tracking/waybill number and the link to monitor delivery progress, so please monitor your email inbox/junk folder. Orders booked for dispatch will leave on our next available DHL collection. Our DHL weekday pick up is usually between 11:30am -12:00pm.

For delivery to some countries (such as Brazil, Peru, India) we require your TAX ID or National ID number to include with the shipment booking. If your TAX ID number is required we will contact you prior to dispatch, or to speed up this process please include this information in the order notes
