Intermediate Sleeve Top Hat
A SAE4340 alloy steel sleeve for the intermediate shaft front hole.
A top hat sleeve to allow you to repair a worn casing. Made from SAE4340 to eliminate future wear. Tighter fit to prevent movement, leaks and future wear.
GET YOUR SHIFT TOGETHER! It will still be necessary to use Diff Lock when leaving tarmac road surface to ensure no damage to the planetary diff gears.
LT230 300M HD Intermediate Shaft
“The Strongest LT230 Intermediate Shaft in the World”
The 300M HD Intermediate shaft is a direct replacement for the standard item.
It is made from ultra strong 300M steel and designed to be as strong as possible.
Improved sizing – Head size is an interference fit to reduce movement and leakage.
The standard shaft is prone to wearing in a number of places:
- It can wear at the end of the shaft where is sits in the casing.
- The casing and shaft can wear together allowing the shaft to move and oil to leak past the O ring.
- They also wear where the bearings sit, this can lead to major issues as they bearings are able to miss-align.
The 300M shaft is the strongest LT230 Intermediate shaft in the world, exclusively to and designed by Syncro Gearboxes
ATB Differential
ATB differential for the Land Rover/Range Rover using the LT230T transfer case. A direct replacement for the standard open differential, the ATB differential transforms your car’s performance.
LT230 High Capacity Sump
Transfer case sump oil coolers are designed to replace the sump covers supplied as standard equipment. These covers are stronger than the originals and have cooling fins to keep the oil in your transfer case cool in harsh conditions.
The existing bolts are used for installation. The sump cover is significantly stronger than the original and adds about 1/2 litre to oil capacity. Existing ground clearance is not compromised.
