We would hope to be able to satisfy our customers wherever they may be in the world*. We send shipments all around the world.
*Please note that unfortunately we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes , APO or FPO addresses, so when ordering please supply a valid residential or commercial delivery address.
💷 How much is shipping?
Please add the parts into your Cart, shipping charges are calculated at the checkout stage and based on final order weight and location. You will see your shipping charge before processing payment. Please ensure you select the correct country for your delivery.
For all deliveries, our website will automatically calculate the shipping charge based on your delivery country and total order weight.
VAT is calculated and charged at the checkout stage for UK based customers ONLY.
For worldwide customers (outside of the UK) please note that any import duties/local taxes will be payable upon entrance to your country, this will be dependant upon your local laws and taxes applied to imported goods (this is not charged at checkout). Don't worry though, this process is easy as DHL will contact you to collect this on behalf of your government so your package can be delivered without delay.
📦 How do we deliver ?
- All Domestic (UK) and International Deliveries (all weights) are sent with our partner courier DHL who offer a quick and fully trackable service straight to your door.
Once your order has been processed and booked for dispatch you will receive automatic notification from DHL with your tracking/waybill number and the link to monitor delivery progress, so please monitor your email inbox/junk folder. Orders booked for dispatch will leave on our next available DHL collection. Our DHL weekday pick up is usually between 11:30am -12:00pm.
For delivery to some countries (such as Brazil, Peru, India) we require your TAX ID or National ID number to include with the shipment booking. If your TAX ID number is required we will contact you prior to dispatch, or to speed up this process please include this information in the order notes

Delighted with the results of fitting the slickshift to my M plate 100 County 300tdi with 200 K miles and pudding stirrer gear selection , not a difficult job with the tutorial info available on YouTube . Changed the turret at the same time for the price it just made good sense . only problem, not able to change nylon bush as it was not possible to release the grub screw …just toooo tight.. Adjusting the bias springs was a cinch and the gear selection I now have is fantastic so there is no power lag when dropping down a cog to get up and over a steep grade . just so well worth doing ..

This bit of kit is amazing! Has changed the gear changing to a quick and easy process, along with the recommend turret which i fitted at the same time had made a huge change. I must also say when buying the new turret the spring is not set. But i found a video on how to get the spring into position from Syncro Gearboxes which show a very easy way which took all of a minute. Thank you guys. Get customer service and a great price of kit! Fitted mine yesterday and it is very slick. The gearbox feels much tighter and more positive. Took around 15 minutes to fit and I took my time! A quality piece of engineering, almost a shame to have it hidden away!

Easy fit.. took me less then an hour but I didnt rush and cleaned bits / greased etc and adjusted the spring. The Verdict …. Well fair play I wasnt actually thinking it would be much cop… What a difference in box… nice n tite, quick easy gear change… will be better for off road use if got to drop down quick.. 10/10 .. every 1 needs this if you want it tight n right,especially if you had a lose change.

My “excellent” rating is for both the products and the service. I fitted the Slickshift to my 200TDi and had not appreciated the value of setting the pre-load on the springs. I made contact through messenger and got very detailed advice and assistance instantly. The gearshift is now transformed! This is an absolutely amazing bit of kit.
It’s so easy to fit took about 30 mins and that included cleaning and re greasing the Turret
Paired with an adjustment of the springs makes it a whole different gearbox.
Gear changes are smoother , no more searching for gears.
I bought mine direct from Shabs a great guy to deal with.

I’ve had mine for a while now and am very impressed with it. Much nicer gearchange. I took the opportunity while I had the original stick off to replace the solid bar with a tube to take the wires for my overdrive switch and at the same time I heated up and bent the knuckle to put the gearknob in a better position. It was nice and easy to fit and clearly a well made quality product.

Has much improved the feel of the gearbox. Smooth, short, simple changes much reduced vibration, especially after adjusting the bias springs. Takes a little while to get used to as the force required to change gear is greatly reduced. Overall very happy and worth the money. To improve this modification on a TD5 I would suggest changing the clutch spring as well! Really becomes a doddle to change gear!

Best thing for Land Rovers since diesel engines and halogen headlights! I have had mykit fitted for a week now. I can’t recommend it enough – it makes for a much improved drive. Do take the time to watch the video and adjust the bias springs whilst you’re in there – you’ll not regret the purchase.

It doesn’t make it a Ferrari but it gives a reassuring positive change. I sometimes used to get 3rd instead of first, not any more.
Easy to fit, the biggest job was getting the gaiters off.
I did miss the detent spring fly out when I removed the gear lever. Didn’t see that on the helpful video! Found it after it was all back together. lol.
Stripped it down a fitted it.
It feels like a modern car gearbox now I have set up the bias springs.
For get the silly lift kits and wide wheels this is the best mod you’ll buy.
Get one you won’t regret it.

Collected mine from the Lro show and watched one getting fitted, to be honest it’s very straight forward and simple, took me 10 minutes to fit and it’s transformed the gear change, before the gear changes were like a stick in a bucket now it’s a very close gear change much more like a Modern defender. In fact it’s better then a tdci gear change

After waiting for over a month for new stock to be avaliable, I finally got a SlickShift directly from Shabs at the LRO show. Although I was eager to fit it I made myself wait until I got home and first thing the next morning rushed outside. Fitting was easy (and I’m no mechanic!) and was completed inside 30 minutes. Also great tips on how to tighten up any play, so make sure you watch that video too! All in all, I feel like I’m driving a new car at best or have a new gearbox at worse. This is without doubt the only mod I’ve made to give such significant and instant gratification. A week on and I’m still enjoying the new feel 🙂

Ok here goes! Saw this on FB and said why should I not get the slick shift kit for my Def 110 1991 model. Placed an order with Shabs and it was a pleasure doing business with him. Got the kit in 2 weeks & just this Sunday I decided to install it on my own. WOW! What a bloody difference it has made. At first test drive with the kit, the shifts felt so different that it got a little getting used to such short precise shifts. After a nice long drive I got used to it and now wonder why LR did not do this in the first place. The shifts are fantastic and thanks to Shabs now this kit has transformed my Def 110 totally.
I usually only use my Landy on the weekends but from this Sunday I have not touched the other cars. This is been the best mod for my Landy. Will be adding a new spring as the old one is a little weak. I strongly recommend these to all Defender owners. You need to now get used to the super short throw. Awesome product Shabs and thanks for bringing this to us. Just wished you were in India so I could get more stuff from you.

Wow! Not too many parts for a landy that you can fit with a 13mm socket, a 10mm spanner and a flat screwdriver that will make such a big difference to the drive. Just fitted mine in well under an hour (including being interupted by the neighbours) and took it for a quick spin. Will take a bit of getting used to as the throw is so short but once you get used to stroking it into gear instead of ramming it, the results are incredible. Well worth watching the fitting video and the pre load spring adjustment video prior to fitting, as adjusting the springs also makes a he’ll of a difference! Top product guys! Keep them coming!
