We would hope to be able to satisfy our customers wherever they may be in the world*. We send shipments all around the world.
*Please note that unfortunately we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes , APO or FPO addresses, so when ordering please supply a valid residential or commercial delivery address.
💷 How much is shipping?
Please add the parts into your Cart, shipping charges are calculated at the checkout stage and based on final order weight and location. You will see your shipping charge before processing payment. Please ensure you select the correct country for your delivery.
For all deliveries, our website will automatically calculate the shipping charge based on your delivery country and total order weight.
VAT is calculated and charged at the checkout stage for UK based customers ONLY.
For worldwide customers (outside of the UK) please note that any import duties/local taxes will be payable upon entrance to your country, this will be dependant upon your local laws and taxes applied to imported goods (this is not charged at checkout). Don't worry though, this process is easy as DHL will contact you to collect this on behalf of your government so your package can be delivered without delay.
📦 How do we deliver ?
- All Domestic (UK) and International Deliveries (all weights) are sent with our partner courier DHL who offer a quick and fully trackable service straight to your door.
Once your order has been processed and booked for dispatch you will receive automatic notification from DHL with your tracking/waybill number and the link to monitor delivery progress, so please monitor your email inbox/junk folder. Orders booked for dispatch will leave on our next available DHL collection. Our DHL weekday pick up is usually between 11:30am -12:00pm.
For delivery to some countries (such as Brazil, Peru, India) we require your TAX ID or National ID number to include with the shipment booking. If your TAX ID number is required we will contact you prior to dispatch, or to speed up this process please include this information in the order notes

Brilliant. I have been having trouble getting a good 2nd hand unit and this was the perfect cure. The only thing that would have made it even better is if it came withe the bolts to adjust the spring tension too but i understand that most buyers would already have that. I however had a completely bare gearbox from Ashcroft and no used box to transfer from. Quick delivery and exceptional quality. Thanks heaps guys

Bought the full kit as my Def 300tdi is over 200K miles, and I expected the turret to be worn – it really was. Fitted the kit in about an hour, taking it very leisurely with a break for a cup of tea – really a 30 minute job. Set the bias springs as best I could according to the videos/feel. Took it for a test drive, perfect from the outset – no further adjustment needed. Change is now superb, so much more exact, no vagueness, distance to engagement greatly reduced and generally just easier and better. The only challenge for the first few miles was getting used to something that worked so well. Well worth the money – not a must-have when compared to something like working brakes, but certainly a really-really-good-to-have. Recommended strongly ) I am delighted.
