Series 3 LT76 Overhaul Bundle (Main Box and Transfer Box)

A comprehensive overhaul kit for the Land Rover LT76 complete transmission suitable for 2A and Series 3 vehicles.

This awesome kit contains the following items needed to overhaul both the Main Box and Transfer Box:

We only use high quality bearing brands such as Timken, Koyo, NSK, SKF RHP, FAG, NTN etc.

Main Box Overhaul Kit:

1st and 2nd synchro rings (baulk rings)
2nd and 3rd gear main shaft bush *note due to availability this may be supplied as a single bush or split, both manufactured to OEM spec and end result is the same.
Layshaft front and rear bearings
Mainshaft Rear ball roller bearing
Input gear roller bearing and support bearing
3rd/4th synchro hub springs
Detent Springs
Reverse gate Springs
Mainshaft loctabs
3rd gear snap ring

Transfer Box Overhaul Kit:

2 x mainshaft taper roller bearings
Front output bearing
2 x intermediate gear bearings
Circlip
Fibre washer

Gasket & Seals

All Gaskets and seals for both the Main Box and Transfer Box

🌏 Where do we deliver ?

We would hope to be able to satisfy our customers wherever they may be in the world*. We send shipments all around the world.

*Please note that unfortunately we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes , APO or FPO addresses, so when ordering please supply a valid residential or commercial delivery address.

💷 How much is shipping?

Please add the parts into your Cart, shipping charges are calculated at the checkout stage and based on final order weight and location. You will see your shipping charge before processing payment. Please ensure you select the correct country for your delivery.

For all deliveries, our website will automatically calculate the shipping charge based on your delivery country and total order weight.

VAT is calculated and charged at the checkout stage for UK based customers ONLY.

For worldwide customers (outside of the UK) please note that any import duties/local taxes will be payable upon entrance to your country, this will be dependant upon your local laws and taxes applied to imported goods (this is not charged at checkout). Don't worry though, this process is easy as DHL will contact you to collect this on behalf of your government so your package can be delivered without delay.

📦 How do we deliver ?

All Domestic (UK) and International Deliveries (all weights) are sent with our partner courier DHL who offer a quick and fully trackable service straight to your door.

Once your order has been processed and booked for dispatch you will receive automatic notification from DHL with your tracking/waybill number and the link to monitor delivery progress, so please monitor your email inbox/junk folder. Orders booked for dispatch will leave on our next available DHL collection. Our DHL weekday pick up is usually between 11:30am -12:00pm.

For delivery to some countries (such as Brazil, Peru, India) we require your TAX ID or National ID number to include with the shipment booking. If your TAX ID number is required we will contact you prior to dispatch, or to speed up this process please include this information in the order notes
